He worked with us closely when evaluating the value of the condo we sold and in setting our sale price. He took the lead for us on staging, including bringing in the vendors (painters, cleaners). From what I can tell, he followed every lead that showed an interest in our condo. We sold in 6 days over asking. And, although you can chalk that up to the market, we pulled this off in an area where some comps stayed on the market for weeks, even months. He was also responsive and thorough when we purchased our new place, guiding us through the inspections, paperwork, and advocating for us with the escrow company and other parties as needed.
